Anatomy of the neck relevant to thread placement.
Basic PDO Cog submental cog lift design.
Face and neck combination with cogs and non-cog.
Neck protocols for non-cog placement semi-circular, inter-locked and crossed.
Lower two-third neck rejuvenation techniques

Module 4
Anatomy of the forehead, temple and ocular region.
PDO Cogs vector design principles for lateral, 'fox-eye and medial brow lift.
Toxin use and other combination treatments.
Non-Cog muscle relaxation physiology for supra-maxillary muscles of facial expression.
Tear-trough rejuvenation, Crows feet reduction using DO Non-Cog cannulas.

Module 5
Anatomy of the Nose and Nasal area.

Local anaesthesia for the nose with specific highlight of the danger of retrograde infection Into the maxillary or frontal sinus and possibly further into the cranium.
Antibiotic cover.
'Danger triangle of the face' considerations during nasal rejuvenation.
Contra-indications and complications.
Choice of PDO threads for nasal rejuvenation.

Module 6
Advanced face and neck-lifting.Vector assessment in cross-linked PDO Cog threads.
MALT (Mians Alternative Lifting Technique] theory and design principles, aDpublished, peer reviewed and patent applied technique.
Multi-diameter PDO thread vector design principles during patient assessment. A peer reviewed published technique.
Double vectorisation of Cog Threads.
Reverse anterior, superior or horizontal temporal attachment. Principles and techniques.
Suture guided lateral brow lift principles and techniques.

Module 7
Delegates for this module must have carried out a sufficient number of PDO thread cases and show competence in their clinical performance.
This Module builds on previous modules and incorporates other modalities like stem-cell exosomes, toxins, dermal fillers, polynucleotides, PRP in addition to PDO threads.
Other advanced techniques may include advanced local anesthesia including intra-oral techniques.
Delegates should participate in contentious topics such as pressure garments, antibiotic cover, pre-tensioning, pre-thread skin rejuvenation and handling post thread complications.
